Starting from the top of the foot, massage in Foot & Leg Balm working down to the toes, the underside of the foot and the heel. Pay particular attention to the heel area if there are cracks and dry, rough skin.
Massage the legs from heel to knee, always using a circular motion, to improve lymphatic drainage and stimulate circulation. For best results use morning and evening.
