All Inlight packaging is guaranteed recyclable and/or biodegradable and, like all our products, parcels are packed with TLC.

Shipping & Handling worldwide

UK – Post and packing - 1st class £3.90 flat fee,  UK Next Day Courier £8.00 (if ordered before 10 am, week days only), or free courier service on orders over £120 UK delivery addresses only, calculated after any discounts applied (unless otherwise stated on the site).

With any Special Offer free p&p in UK, parcels will be send out Royal Mail 2nd class, unless otherwise requested.

Europe and Eire – Post and packing - £13.00 flat fee to Ireland and to all other European destinations.

International – Post and packing - £19.50 flat fee to all other international destinations including the USA & Canada. Please note that our charges to you cover all postage & packing only. Additional taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If your country is not listed when setting up your account please email your order to [email protected] and we will advise on shipping costs.

Please note that we reserve the right to charge shipping costs in the unlikely eventuality that these have been calculated incorrectly.

Delivery schedules

UK – We aim to process and despatch all orders within 24 hours (week days). All orders placed before 11am will be dispatched the same day. In the unlikely event of you not having received your order after 7 days, please call us.

We trust the parcel will be delivered to you within the promised delivery time and in good condition. However, should you not be satisfied, we would appreciate hearing your comments in order to always improve our service.

Overseas  – Although every effort will be made for you to have your order as quickly as possible, please allow up to 10 days. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for overseas delivery as sometimes they are subject to customs clearance in the destination country. 

Any out of stock items will be sent later, free of additional postage charges. We trust the parcel will be delivered to you within the promised delivery time and in good condition. However, should you not be satisfied, we would appreciate hearing your comments in order to always improve our service.

Discounts & Voucher Codes

Only one discount is valid per order, and therefore a voucher code will not be valid for any product which is already on offer at the time of purchase.

Refund policy

We are confident that you will be pleased with our products. However, should you, for any reason, change your mind, we will be happy to either exchange the product or give you a full refund provided it is unopened and posted to us, at your own expense, within 14 days from receipt explaining the reason for return. (as per the Consumer Rights Act passed in Oct 2015). You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed.  You can notify us by emailing [email protected] with your name, address, and reference number.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept products which have been either opened or partially used. We can also take no responsibility for returned goods lost in transit.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and we won't share your details with other third party in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. 

We collect your details in order to process your order, to provide you with the best possible service and to update you on our special offers and tips, which we send to your email address. If you do not want to receive this, just let us know by emailing [email protected].

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software (Pay Pal or Worldpay) when your order is placed and Cemon Homeopathics Ltd does not retain any such details.

Care of Inlight Products

All Inlight products are produced by hand in small batches and do not contain any synthetic preservative. Refrigeration is not necessary, but storing away from heat, using the little wooden spatula enclosed for the balms and closing lids fully after use will maximise the products' effectiveness and shelf-life.

Currently the law requires that unless a substance or product has a medical licence, no claim can be made as to its efficacy for a medical condition. 

All the Inlight range is carefully formulated by Dr Mariano Spiezia, a qualified medical doctor with many years of research, experience and commitment to wellbeing, however suggestions in our website and literature are only intended as a helpful guide and are based on traditional use of the ingredients and current research. We formulate our products with the health of the skin at heart and to be especially kind to sensitive skin. If you are in doubt or aware of sensitivity to one of the ingredients, patch-testing on a small area of skin is recommended before use.
