Shipping & Handling worldwide

UK – Post and packing - 1st class £3.90 flat fee,  UK Next Day Courier £8.00 (if ordered before 10 am), or free courier service on orders over £120 UK delivery addresses only, calculated after any discounts applied (unless otherwise stated on the site).

With any Special Offer free p&p in UK, parcels will be send out Royal Mail 2nd class, unless otherwise requested.

Europe and Eire – Post and packing - £13.00 flat fee to Ireland and to all other European destinations.

International – Post and packing - £19.50 flat fee to all other international destinations including the USA & Canada. Please note that our charges to you cover all postage & packing only. Additional taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If your country is not listed when setting up your account please email your order to [email protected] and we will advise on shipping costs.

Please note that we reserve the right to charge shipping costs in the unlikely eventuality that these have been calculated incorrectly.

Delivery schedules

UK – We aim to process and despatch all orders within 24 hours (week days). All orders placed before 11am will be dispatched the same day. In the unlikely event of you not having received your order after 7 days, please call us. Any out of stock items will be sent later, free of additional postage charges. (unless otherwise stated on the site)

We trust the parcel will be delivered to you within the promised delivery time and in good condition. However, should you not be satisfied, we would appreciate hearing your comments in order to always improve our service.

Overseas  – Although every effort will be made for you to have your order as quickly as possible, please allow up to 10 days. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for overseas delivery as sometimes they are subject to customs clearance in the destination country.
