During pregnancy, gently massage a little nyp balm into the breast every day, working outwards from the nipple in a circular motion.
After feeding, gently massage a tiny amount of balm onto the nipple area. Where there are cracks, nyp balm can be applied as often as required in between feeds.
There is no need to wash the nipple or breast before feeding, as the product, being 100% organic and entirely free from synthetic chemicals, is safe for babies and does not alter the taste of maternal milk.
With its high proportion of calendula, Inlight's nyp balm is also very effective for nappy rash. Keep a tube in your nappy bag and gently apply a small quantity to baby's dry bottom after every change.
Oil-based and extremely concentrated, just a little nyp balm is all you need for good effect.

Unlike most nappy rash and nipple creams on the market, Nyp Balm is not diluted with water (hence the use of the word “balm” instead of “cream”): We are committed to providing you with only the purest, naturally potent, but kind products, which work with your skin, not only on it. For cracked or sore nipples, or nappy rash, we can’t recommend Organic Nyp-balm strongly enough.
Whilst many nipple creams may be an effective treatment for damaged, sore nipples, they may not be conducive to the natural breastfeeding process. Inlight Organic Nyp Balm, however, does not alter the flavour of maternal milk and won’t interfere with the bonding process between you and your baby. There is no need to wash it off between or prior to feeds. We also recommend using Organic Nyp Balm during pregnancy when the breast undergoes changes provoked by new hormones.
Suitable for all skin types, all ingredients in Nyp Balm are food grade, do not alter the flavour of the maternal milk and are easily tolerated by babies.
Inlight nyp balm is hand made in small batches and has a shelf-life of 36 months. We recommend storing in a cool, dry, dark place.
This product is suitable for vegetarians and is compatible with homeopathic treatment.

A definite must for all mothers! Not only does it help to heal and sooth sore nipples, it also makes a great lip balm too! I have tried other brands of nipple balm and they were so gunky and sticky. I had real trouble feeding for the first days of my daughter's life. My nipples were cracked and really sore and I dreaded each feed which made me feel awful. I only wanted to apply a natural product and was recommended Inlight.Effectiveness
Inlight's Nyp balm was a real saviour....within a few days of applying it constantly, my nipples healed. I love that it's 100% organic and smells and feels delicate.
Feeding is a real pleasure now and one little tube goes so far! what I have left I have been using on her bottom when it looks sore and works a treat.

I used nyp balm when I first started feeding, I don't need to use it anymore though as they don’t get sore, it was really good though and cleared it up in 4 days!Effectiveness
