Apply and massage a small amount of Joint-Easy in gentle circular motions onto the appropriate area as required, to help keep joints and muscles healthy.
Being oil-based and extremely concentrated, a little is all that is required for good effect.
Joint-Easy can be particularly effective when applied in a greater quantity before bed, wrapping the appropriate area in cling film and a protective bandage for optimum absorption overnight whilst muscles are resting.

Suffering from fibromyalgia I have terrible joint pain.The pain and tiredness associated with Fibromyalgia makes you feel that, unless lying flat, I am like a “cut and shut” of various bits of body which just seem to irritate each other and wear you down. This is not great for a very busy active 40 something with kids and too many animals for my own good. I’ve discovered this amazing ointment from Inlight and I have to tell that within minutes of rubbing in the Joint-Easy ointment, which seems to warm up on you as you apply it, there is real pain relief and much more neck movement and again the welcome feeling that my head does not feel like a huge uncomfortable weight on my shoulders.Effectiveness
