Starting from the top of the foot, massage a little Foot & Leg Balminto the skin, working down to the toes, the underside of the foot and the heel.
Pay particular attention to this area if there are cracks and dry, rough skin. Massage the legs from heel to knee, always using a circular motion, to improve lymphatic drainage and stimulate the circulation.
Use daily as necessary, particularly before bedtime to help soothe feet and legs before sleep, and to allow the benefits of the ingredients to nourish the skin during the night time.
Being oil-based and highly concentrated, a little Foot & Leg balm is all you need for good effect.
