Our skin’s health is the result of many factors both internal and external to our body. There is nothing we do, we think, we feel, we eat that won’t interfere with the whole system. And the skin will reflect all of it.
IN: - no matter which skin type you are..
Whatever you do, do it with love, passion, care, interest, putting attention in all the details. Do not rush your life away!
Eat organic food, possibly vegetarian; if you are meat eater reduce it and definitely cut off red meat; eat plenty of seasonal and raw veggies and fruits. Dress your salad with organic extra virgin & cold pressed olive oil (+ a drop of organic flax seed oil rich in omega 3 e 6 excellent for the skin), add a few nuts and wheat germ flakes - good source of omega 3 & 6. Drink plenty of pure water (no tap water). 3
Spend time with yourself, family and friends. Laugh more often. Avoid stressful competitions and see the good and beauty in everything especially when it is hidden.
OUT: - no matter which skin type you are..
Cleanse your face at least once a day using Inlight organic face cleanser, oil based because agrees more with the skin sebum, and then gently wipe it off using a muslin dampened with warm water or even better with our gentle and alcohol-free floral water.
Before having a shower, massage your body with a delicate scrub to get rid of dead cells and superficial toxins. This massage will stimulate your endorphins as well as creating a nice feel of wellbeing more effective than a bar of chocolate…
While showering, massage your body with a natural fibre glove to activate the blood and lymphatic circulation, promoting the elimination of inner toxins. Then nourish your skin with “Inlight” organic body oil with Arnica. It is important to prefer some key ingredients such as arnica – stimulating -, witch hazel - astringent and toning – and so blissful for vein vessels, and ingredients rich in vit E & essential fatty acids essential for your health and beauty such as evening primrose oil.
As I often say, moisturising is not enough! The skin needs serious care and nourishment if you want to seriously be healthy and beautiful.
